I fell in love with literacy tutoring after getting my Bachelor’s in Education from Arizona State University. Tutoring is such a special space where I’ve found that I can do everything in my power to help students succeed. In addition to receiving my Master’s degree in English, I’ve been trained in the Lindamood-Bell, Spell Read, and Orton-Gillingham Approach to teaching reading and writing. I am absolutely thrilled to be doing what I love most with Reading and the Squid Tutoring, which is empowering young readers with the confidence and tools they need to succeed!

Outside of work, I am kept happily busy by raising my two young boys. My family and I love exploring the outdoors through hiking, camping, fishing, and paddle boarding. I am so excited to meet you and help your reader in their literacy journey!
