I love being a part of empowering others! Teaching people to read well is such a rewarding endeavor as it fuels them with skills to accomplish their goals and desires in life. Being a good reader builds self confidence! When one is able to understand many things through reading, then one can own their own knowledge and beliefs, which give them the ability to interact with others on topic, facts, and opinions.

I have been in the field of education for over 30 years and a reading specialist for 12 years of that time.  I have lived in the Central Oregon area for many moons and love all the recreation this area has to offer. I love to travel, ski, hike, and of course….READ!

I have a wonderful husband and two incredible adult children and one brand new grandson!
